Domestic Shipping and Handling (with in USA)

For local buyers, we recommend picking up items from the artist’s studio in Lawrenceville, NJ, to avoid shipping and handling fees. If pickup isn’t possible, shipping can be arranged, and the policy below will apply.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the pricing of artwork or prints displayed on the websites. These fees will be calculated separately based on the delivery location, package size, and weight.
Customers are responsible for any shipping, handling, customs, and import taxes incurred during the delivery process.
Shipping costs will be communicated to the customer prior to finalizing the purchase.
For international buyers, the customs
The artist and seller are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping, Handling, and Customs Duty Clause

For international buyers, shipping and handling charges will be calculated based on the destination and package specifications.
The buyer is responsible for any additional costs, including customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
All shipments will comply with the customs and import regulations of the receiving country.
The artist and seller are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures or local import laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased item complies with their country’s regulations.

Framing Policy and Charges

Frames are not included with the purchase of original artworks or prints of originals from our art store. For select original pieces, frames may be available depending on studio stock. If a frame is included, a reasonable additional fee will be applied to cover the cost of the frame and associated services.
We recommend excluding frames from your order, as they can significantly increase shipping and handling costs. However, if you choose local pickup, you can include frames to save time and avoid potentially higher costs at local stores.
Custom Frames based on buyer preferences are not offered.

Art Rentals, Prints, and Commissioned Work

Art rentals, custom prints, or commissioned pieces are subject to individual agreements and may require a separate contract.
Paintings and sketches offered for rentals are framed according to our standard practices. Custom Frames based on buyer preferences are not offered.
