I painted “Windswept Spirits” using acrylic paint, applying both brush and palette knife to capture the fluid motion and raw energy of these horses. The brush allowed me to layer soft, airy strokes, while the knife added texture, creating depth and movement. I wanted the horses to emerge from the mist, their forms dissolving into the ethereal background, like spirits galloping through the wind. Each stroke reflects freedom and untamed power, symbolizing the fleeting essence of nature’s beauty and the boundless spirit of the wild.
